Why Mobility and Structural Flexibility Matters?

Limited movement and limited range of motion is very common with most of our customers. Limited range of motion refers to a joint that has a reduced ability to move. This may be due to a mechanical problem, injury, lack of exercise, or physical inactivity. If not addressed, over time it can lead to more serious conditions, such as arthritis (a condition which is attracted to stiff, dry joints).

There can also be pain, swelling, and stiffness which can further limit the range of motion of a particular joint, impair function, and affect the ability to perform normal daily activities. Increasing range of motion/mobility, can also increase flexibility, and help in decreasing pain, swelling, and stiffness.

Kanetica is specifically engineered to release and free the structural system to improve range of motion, focusing on: Passive Range of Motion (PROM) - where the practitioner mobilises the structural system with no effort from the patient and Active Assistive Range of Motion (AAROM), where the patient assists the practitioner e.g. contracting a muscle.

Once there is more freedom and increased joint play there is more physical workability of the structural system – and then achieve increased movement and rebalancing of the body at the core level. This restores the function in the your system – allowing a higher level of healing and results, after which other approaches like stretching and yoga will be even more effective.

We only have one body for life. With the right formula and tools, we can maintain optimal structural balance of our bodies, keeping our bodies flexible and moving freely, and preventing more serious musculoskeletal problems. Kanetica is specifically engineered to release and free the body's structural system. Enjoying the freedom of movement .
